Womb Yoga is a practice specifically designed for women. A practice deeply rooted in the knowledge of the cyclic nature of feminine energy, this practice compliments the cycles in both our internal and external worlds.

Each week brings a different phase of a woman's menstrual cycle, well woman womb yoga classes are planned with the awareness of these cycles, we will flow through a sequence of postures to support the energies of the feminine cycle, supporting us to a deeper connection to ourselves, our bodies, emotions and yoga practice. We will constantly be working with the elements of nature based on Chinese medicine and the meridian system to support and heal through asana practice & movement reflecting that we are ever changing & ever growing bringing us to an understanding that these ebs and flows can be nurtured both on and off our mats, honouring the feminine energy and ultimately bringing us into a more balanced and accepting state of being.

The Womb holds residual emotions and energies from past experiences, trauma, abuse, lack of self love and any experiences that have brought disassociation to your feminine centre. 

You need to have a clear womb for mental, physical & emotional balance, clarity and to be able to step fully into your true essence and power.

Types of wounding 

• Accumulated emotions that could not be processed or transformed when the initial wounding took place. These emotions include rage, fear, grief, abandonment, guilt, shame, and worthlessness.

• Birth trauma & womb grief from miscarriages, still births and abortions

• Emotional and energetic imprints from past sexual partners, including their aggression, anger or other low vibration emotions

Free movement is a creative, embodied movement practice for our current times. It is rooted in the understanding of how change happens. Its intention is to help you to access more of the physical and emotional intelligence that’s inside you through bringing awareness to the way you move, feel and think.'


Embodied Free Movement is an invitation for personal empowerment, where the flow is free and intuitively lead by our own body. This practice is about finding freedom in movement, freedom in your mind, and freedom in your spirit.  It's experimentation. It's exploration. Sessions are a conscious dance experience - a time to let go and be moved. There is no set choreography and you are invited to explore, be creative and "play" your way through the session. 


The intention of the practice is to move to heal, so you may become more connected to self, the environment and others.  The body gets is a physical reference point by which we can learn a lot about our lives. In the dance we move the body to discover and learn and engage our mind to be a facilitator of our personal growth. 


Whatever your level of experience, age or condition, conscious movement practice is a force for creative expression and mindfulness in day to day life. 


Often, all it takes is a little encouragement to feel the music, get moving and trust the dance that’s inside you.
